The vast majority of apartment websites are mundane and out-dated. Instead of falling in line, Clear Water website is a simple, directed experience that guides visitors through features, amenities, floor plans, and the surrounding area, where distractions were removed, menus and the dropdowns stripped out and the need to click around in search of information eliminated.
Defining Specifics
During our meetings with the client, we were able to establish the general design direction, allowing us to define specific visual indicators of the site’s tone and feel. While some elements were taken from the board on the right, the chosen appearance was selected for its sophisticated elegance.
Coming Together
During our strategy phase, we opted for a single-page site. This limits distractions and avoids the necessity to navigate and search through content, potentially missing critical material. Single-page sites take users on a journey from beginning to end.
Creating an Identity
The initial design exploration led to logo development based on values of sophistication and beautiful detail. A subsequent icon set was created to reinforce the visual elements of the logo and further develop an identity that communicates modern elegance.
A Single-Page Site
Single-page sites work well for focused projects without excessive amounts of content because they allow users to sequentially progress through content in its intended order. Single-page sites also provide an increase in Google’s PageRank, reduce constraints placed on designers, and when built responsively, can be an extremely intuitive way to navigate the site on mobile devices.
User Interaction
We custom built interactive elements that allow users to browse apartment models. Through these interactions and modern design, we attract users and convey the designer’s attention to detail and the importance placed on elegance and sophistication.
Scaled for any Device
Responsive Website Design is crucial and a must to build sites that provide an optimal viewing experience across a wide range of devices, whether you’re on a smartphone or a 30” monitor. Our goal is the easiness to read and navigate without the pain of resizing, panning, and scrolling or the time and cost of customized mobile apps for the major platforms. The single-page design allows users to quickly move through the site on their phone or tablet.
Print Collateral
Clear Water was a newly established brand and required a wide range of printed material to be created. From flyers and brochures to business cards, we designed a vast assortment of branded print collateral that transmit the same elegance established on the website.
