Renaissance Travel guides and organizes travels around the world to truly and authentically experience foreign cultures. Renaissance Travel helps families and adventurers build predesigned, partially customized, or fully customized itineraries to fit any budget or schedule. Renaissance Travel required a web presence to display their range of programs but also to act as an interactive hub where families and adventurers could build, customize, and view highly detailed trip schedules.

Our designers collected and studied existing printed travel catalogues and the company established messaging to create site wireframes for a fully immersive experience that serves as both an educational resource and an interactive tool with which their clients can build and customize their travel experience.
Amplifying the Brand
Using Renaissance Travel’ brand identity we started to establish the visual style of the site by presenting the client with visual indicators of the site’s tone and feel. Following feedback from the client, we revised the colour treatment and layout style to get closer to their target audience and amplify the overall Renaissance Travel’ identity.
Adapting the Layout
Responsive Website Design is crucial and a must to build sites that provide an optimal viewing experience across a wide range of devices, whether you’re on a smartphone or a 30” monitor. Our goal is the easiness to read and navigate without the pain of resizing, panning, and scrolling or the time and cost of customized mobile apps for the major platforms.
Finding the Perfect Program
We create a program selection tool, which allows visitors to sort, search, and filter through programs via a variety of options, including, theme, country, keywords, popularity, price, duration, and so on.
A Better Way to Connect
We created a customizable portal for families and adventurers to connect with Renaissance Travel’ representatives to prepare for their trips. Families and adventurers can log in to view itineraries, ask questions, arrange travel details, and much more.
The Result
Renaissance Travel had a clear vision of what it wanted the website to perform and then let our agency resolve the details. The final site is clean, intuitive, and the web portal custom-developed.
